1. Acceptance of Terms
By connecting your Google account to Prosperr Demo Booking ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. This App is for use by Prosperr's Business Development Associates (BDAs) to schedule product demos with prospective clients.
2. Purpose of the App
The App enables BDAs to:
- Schedule product demo meetings directly from HubSpot CRM
- Create Google Calendar events with Google Meet links on their calendar
- Send demo confirmation emails to prospective clients via Prosperr SMTP
3. Google Account Authorisation
By connecting your Google account, you grant the App limited permissions to:
- Read your Google account email so we know which BDA connected
- Create or update calendar events on your Google Calendar for the demo you booked
Demo confirmation emails are sent via the Prosperr shared mailbox (SMTP). The App does not send email through the Gmail API.
The App will never read, modify, or delete your existing emails or unrelated calendar events.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App solely for scheduling legitimate Prosperr product demo meetings with prospective clients. Misuse is prohibited and may result in immediate revocation of access.
5. Data Handling
OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only for the purposes described in Section 3. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details, including Google Limited Use requirements.
6. Revoking Access
You may revoke the App's Google account access at any time via Google Account Permissions. Revocation will immediately disable calendar features for your account.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" for operational use. Prosperr is not liable for unintended calendar entries resulting from user error when operating the App.
8. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
