What this app does
Business Development Associates (BDAs) open a contact in HubSpot, pick a slot, and submit. The app then:
- Creates one Google Calendar event with a Google Meet link on the BDA’s calendar
- Sends the customer a branded confirmation email (via Prosperr SMTP, not Gmail send)
- Writes demo date, time, and meeting link back to the HubSpot contact
Google Calendar access
BDAs connect their Google account from the HubSpot card. The app requests only:
- email / openid — identify which BDA connected
- calendar.events — create or update the demo meeting (and Meet link). The app does not read, list, or delete existing calendar events.
You can disconnect at any time from Google Account permissions.
