1. Overview
Prosperr Demo Booking ("the App") is an internal sales tool used by Prosperr's Business Development Associates (BDAs) to schedule product demo meetings with prospective clients from HubSpot. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data when a BDA connects their Google account to the App.

2. What Data We Collect
When a BDA authorises the App with their Google account, we collect and store:
- Google account email address (to identify the BDA)
- OAuth access token and refresh token (to create Calendar events on the BDA's behalf)
We do not read, list, modify, or delete existing calendar events, emails, contacts, or any other data from the BDA's Google account beyond creating or updating the demo meeting the BDA just booked.
3. How We Use the Data
- Google Calendar: Create or update a single Google Calendar event with a Google Meet link when a BDA books or reschedules a demo from HubSpot.
- Email: Demo confirmation emails are sent via the Prosperr shared mailbox (SMTP) — not from the BDA's Gmail account and not via the Gmail API.
Tokens are stored in an access-controlled Postgres database and are never sold or shared with third parties for advertising or unrelated purposes.
4. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)
The App's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Google user data is used only to provide the demo-booking features described in this policy.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit scoring, or selling to data brokers.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless the user gave us permission, it is necessary for security or legal compliance, or the data is aggregated and no longer identifiable.
- We do not transfer Google user data to others except as necessary to operate the App (for example hosting providers), as required by law, or with the user's permission.
5. Data Retention
OAuth tokens are retained until the BDA revokes access via their Google Account settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or requests deletion from the Prosperr admin.
6. Data Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Tokens are stored in a secure, access-controlled Postgres database hosted on Neon (a SOC 2 compliant provider). Only authorised Prosperr backend services can access this data.
7. Third-Party Services
- Google APIs – Calendar Events API (
calendar.events) - HubSpot – CRM platform from which the App is accessed
- Vercel – Hosting provider for the backend API
- Neon – Database hosting
8. User Rights
BDAs can revoke the App's access to their Google account at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions. To request deletion of stored tokens, contact support@prosperr.io.
